Boy oh boy!! We got back talking, greed, kidnapping, and fighting going on in the Jackson family lately. Where the hell is that ass whooping Joe Jackson amongst all this kaos??? All I can say is Michael Jackson is rolling over in his grave to know the ones he love are fighting and acting foolishly. When they say money is the root of all evil they weren't lying. Well y'all know MJ left all the important stuff in his will to his mother, Diana Ross, and his three children. Catherine was awarded full custody of the children; Diana is the second in line for the kids if Catherine is unable. Now, if that ain't SHADE on Michael's part towards the rest of the family I don't know what is. I, personally would of thought Janet, MISS JACKSON IF YOU NASTY, would have had something left to her simply because she was the closet to Mike out of the family with the exception of (in my kiddie voice)MOTHA JACKSON! The family has also been having concerns with her capability to raise the three children; their saying she is too old and her mind is not is not right. I'm pretty sure Michael knew what he was doing when he left then for her and I also think if she felt that she couldn't raise them, that would have been made known from the jump. Please leave her the hell alone, she raised over 10 kids with limited amount of housing and funding and on top of that dealt with a abusive/cheating husband. I'm pretty sure this is kind of a cake walk with these 3. It was also said that Catherine was involved in a kidnapping scandal, but she made it known that she is ok and doing well and that she also know who started that mess....GET EM CAT! Lastly, I can't stand a unrulely child; it was said that middle child, Paris, was giving her auntie Janet her ass to kiss. This behavior wouldve resulted in a ASSSSSSSS WHOOPING! Janet should've got NASTY and been in CONTROL, use that VELVET ROPE on her ass and would have resulted in POETIC JUSTICE....
The 2012 London Olympics started the last week of July and it started off shaky with that lame ass opening of ceremonies. I felt like i was back in History class in high school. Whom ever was over this production need to go back to the drawing board quick fast in a hurry; the past ceremonies, produced by majority Chinese people brought their A-games. The production this year was all over the place. They had dozens of Mary Poppins look a likes, children jumping on beds, soldiers, a couple at a house party, and the start of the revolutionary war themes.....IM LIKE WTF! This was definitely a not one of the Olympics best showcases. Please leave this up to the people who did the Beijing and past ceremonies.....PLEASE and THANK YOU! On to the events, I did not realize they had soooooooooooo many sports and events taking place at the Olympics; Where is my bobsledding and all my on ice events, was looking forward to those. Its only a couple more days of the Olympics, overall i have been impressed with TEAM USA. The people who compete in these events deserves every bit of fame, fortune, and popularity; this is no joke for them and they spend the majority of their life practicing for this moment. Team USA has been dominating in the majority of the events. Serena and Venus Williams won gold for the doubles in tennis and Serena also took gold in the singles match, this resulting in her infamous Crypt Walk. The USA women's gymnastics team put it down this year making a star out of 16yr old Gabby Douglas. Gabby Douglas made history by being the first Black female from any nation to win the gold in the individual all around and the first American gymnast to take the gold in both the individual and team all around. Now you would think that these accomplishments would make people happy for her, but yet time and time again people wanna find a negative out of something great. Miss Douglas has been ridiculed about her HAIR, which I think It's FOOL! Her hair wasn't the best looking but who gives a one fuck, two fuck, red fuck, blue fuck; She went to the Olympics for her talent in gymnastics, not hair. She has made history, getting million dollar endorsements, and making appearances across the globe. I hate to say this, but the main people making a big deal about her hair is US (black people). Hell as much as she is will be making she can get her hair done every damn day if she wanted. People of our kind worry about the wrong things all the time instead of tending to their business and showing love, respect, and support. Gabby boo, do you hun! If you wanna give the girls INDIA ARIE realness I AM NOT MY HAIR, you go ahead and get yo life....YOU DESERVE IT!!! CONGRATS. Micheal Phelps also dominated the waters at the Olympics being the Olympian with the most gold medals; he has made it known he will be retiring from swimming and the Olympics. Lastly, just want to send a shout out and Congrats to fellow GAMECOCKS, Lashinda Demus and Jason Richardson on them winning the silver medal in their events. KUDOS!
While waiting on this biopic and new album, Drake drops a Aaliyah track featuring himself called "Enough Said". As I have said many, many, many times before, I am a huge Aaliyah fan, anybody who knows me will tell you that. When it 1st dropped, everyone was calling me asking what I thought of the record; i actually think it's an ok track. I think the song will have to grow on me. Now don't get me wrong, it is Aaliyah inspired right down to the beats. Anytime I hear something Aaliyah related, it brings a smile to my face to know that she is still relevant and people still miss her and her music. Now, what I don't understand is this sudden obsession that Drake has with Aaliyah. He has already mixed her track on one of his songs on his last album, he has a Aaliyah tattoo on his back, and now he wants to produce an whole Aaliyah record. This is kind of weird to me especially when he never knew her; if anybody should produce an Aaliyah album it should be Missy, Timbaland, and Ginuwine.....IM JUST SAYING. There has also been post, tweets, and topics by Aaliyah's family that they are no way affiliated with this project, yet Drake keeps posting that he has their permission to go on with the project. Hell im confused! All i know whoever is in charge, producing, over, or making this record please bring your "A" game. Aaliyah deserves nothing less than an "A". In my RUPAUL voice Drake "DONT FUCK IT UP!"
So far in the attempts of giving the late great Whitney Houston props in a TRIBUTE, BET showed their ass! Baby, when i saw this flyer and rooster of who all will be paying NIPPY honor at this VH1 DIVAS tribute, BET might have a run for their money. All the DIVAS that you would want to perform will be in the building; You have the Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, BEYONCE (and yes i put her in caps), Adele, Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Hudson, Brandy Norwood, and more. These ladies are going to show their asses that night and im gonna be front and center. Yall know it's going to be competition and hollering matches GALORE' on that stage. I have no doubt in my mind that this show is gonna be awesome. Now this is how you send a DIVA off to GLORY.....and i thank ya! Speaking of Nippy, today is her 49th birthday. Happy Birthday Miss Houston and R.I.P.
Lastly, i just wanted to touch on this song for a second. I have been hearing this song by Meek Mill ft Drake and Jeremih called " AMEN" aka CHURCH and all i could do is SMH. I am not the one to point fingers or judge anything people do because I'm not the most dedicated CHRISTIAN but for real this song is absurd. Have any of yall really heard the lyrics to this song? (if not i suggest you Google it). How you rapping about having sex and smoking in the same sentence as Church and Amen??? I do not want to be next to you Meek when you perform this RATCHETNESS. I think this song is pure disrespect and a MOCKERY. I pray you don't get struck by lightning.....now passs the peas.
